Hartspride is a minimal mercury program

We do vaccinate our dogs, however, we prefer to do so at a slightly more mature age for our own dogs as part of a risk verses benefit basis and only do so with thimerosal (mercury) free vaccines.

​

Mercury is the most toxic substance in the world, having a half life of 20 years within the body.

​

Merial IMRAB 1 TF and Merial IMRAB 3 TF are thimerosal (mercury) free rabies vaccines.  Rabies is also the only vaccine that is required in Canada.

​

If you would prefer for your puppy to be vaccinated at a more mature age please let us know.
